We at Omrix are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for our Tel-Hashomer site.
As part of the job you will be in charge of:
- Managing the Warehouse team.
- Managing the logistics relationship with domestic customers
- Liaison with service providers (logistics, transportation, humus removal, etc.)
- External warehouse management
- Responsibility for collecting orders and completing them
- Inventory management and control, finding deficiencies, counting and managing reports
- Continuous improvement and optimization of work processes
- Participation in safety performance
- Performance of quality investigations/non-compliance with work procedures/updating procedures
- Participation in transversal projects of the company
The role consists of:
- Management of a team of 4-6 employees
- Work according to company procedures
- Adherence to safety procedures and their implementation - leading a safety culture
- Responsibility for monitoring employee training / certification
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Experience in managing a team of employees in a computerized warehouse - a must
- Valid forklift license – mandatory
- A relevant bachelor's degree - an advantage
- Relevant Experience from pharmaceutical companies - a big advantage
- English at a very good level - writing, reading and speaking - a must
- Flexibility for working hours including Friday
- Full control of Priority system and Excel
- Ability to meet a high work rate and stressful conditions
