The Revenue Growth Management department is looking for a pricing intern for 6 months who will report to the Pricing manager.
The mission of the pricing team is to drive margin & customer perception improvement through fact based decisions. As a global team, our role is to work closely with international marketing and brand controlling teams to pilot the international pricing strategy and to support top Business Units in implementing and optimizing their pricing.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support & optimize the pricing workflow for new products :
Improve & update current pricing tools to help defining novelties price positioning
Train and support international and local teams in exploiting pricing tools
Co-animate pricing sessions with marketing and brand controlling teams to align on novelties prices
Test and optimize new automatized tools before the go-live to markets
Support the annual review of local prices for 10+ markets:
Support the annual review of local prices to reflect the international strategy locally
Analyze portfolio and conduct ad-hoc analysis to monitor products performances and price-elasticity
Recommend pricing optimizations
Update pricing databases and adapt pricing tools to local markets
Conduct a competition watch on beauty brands:
Maintain key documents that report on our price benchmarking across selected competitors and key product types
Monitore competitors’ practices on promotions during holiday period and, specifically, during key commercial events
Project Management – Process & Tools
Improve current pricing tools to be more efficient
PROFIL:
Student in Master's Degree in Finance, Business Management or Economics with internship agreement provided by your school (mandatory)
A first experience/internship in Finance/Controlling/Audit/Pricing departments or consulting
English advanced level is required (international scope)
Excel advanced level is required (analytical job)
