We are looking for an enthusiastic and responsible Sales Associate to help our company achieve its goals. The ideal candidate is able to sell products and services, accurately process orders and maintain an intimate knowledge of all company policies. We are seeking candidates who are honest, well-groomed, detail-oriented and possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with assistance and information related to the range of products offered.
- Provide customers with assistance and information in the selection, purchase and use of the company's products or services.
- Recognize potential sales opportunities.
- Recognize and address customer needs.
- Keep customers informed of new and improved products.
- Keep an eye out for potential problems.
- Use every customer contact as an opportunity to sell something.
