During the Young Professional Program IT (also known as YPPIT) at Rabobank you work on your career one day a week by following technical training, or you work on your personal development. You develop talents you didn’t know you had and we are given the space to discover for yourself what you are good at and what you like. And then? Everything you learn in the training courses can immediately be put into practice, because the other 4 days you work in your starter position as a Junior Name Screening Specialist. Under the guidance of experienced colleagues, you will become a specialist in your field in no time. In addition, in the program you will work together with the team on 2 business challenges on themes such as the cooperative energy transition.
As Junior Name Screening Specialist, you become part within the FEC Tech Tribe. Name Screening is used for the detection of individuals and organizations that could pose a sanction or money laundering risk. Our teams are at the forefront of data driven signal detection and are dedicated to achieving excellence I providing a high quality reliable global service. We value creativity, collaboration and attention to details! Our team is made up of diverse and talented individuals from all walks of life, who bring unique perspectives and ideas to the table. We believe that every member of our team play a crucial role in our success and we encourage everyone to contribute to our mission to protect our customers, bank and society in the field of Financial Economic Crime (FEC). As part of the Name Screening squads, you will be involved in various topics (e.g. business requirements, model validation, implementation) and being the bridge between the various stakeholders and the scrum teams in an Agile environment working according to the Simplified @ Scale methodology.
Examples

To become the specialist in your professional field, in the Young Professional Program IT 1 day a week you mainly attend training courses that that support your talent development. The courses are often given by experienced colleagues or trainers with a track record.
