Our department supports the product areas with methods, processes to implement legislation efficiently and sustainably. In doing so, we actively use digitalization (IT tools) to simplify cross-site sharing and validation of product requirements.
These activities are part of a systematic compliance management system. We validate and explain the improved workflows using real-life examples, make them transparent to our organization, process the feedback and provide training on them.
In this environment, we are looking for your contribution in:
- Transferring the principles and values of the Product Compliance Management System (PCMS) to the Bosch Home Comfort organization through targeted communication and training;
- Working with a network of Product Compliance Engineers to design optimized work processes for systematic knowledge management and make information attractively available;
- Working on the continuous improvement of the product compliance management system and the further development of product compliance training and communication materials;
- Participating in the analysis of the impact of new legislation, derive requirements and coordinate implementation with our product areas;
- Leading projects for the implementation of legal requirements in the engineering organization (analysis of requirements, decision making, management of implementation).
What distinguishes you:
- Educational background: degree in engineering (e.g. mechanical/electrical engineering and/or business informatics);
- Experience: broad technical knowledge, more then 2 years experience in the area of product compliance as well as in product development and project management. Affinity to IT-tools, working knowledge within Atlassian Jira-tool-landscape is beneficial;
- Work style: systematic and pragmatic way of working;
- Enthusiasm: interest in driving knowledge management across sites and product areas and providing impetus for sustainable improvements;
- Personality: initiative, curiosity to integrate different points of view, interest/capability to present, document showing the big picture and required details;
- Languages: very good knowledge of English.
