Job Description


  • Serve customers by telephone, face to face and email
  • Maintain the confidentiality customer privacy including complaints or requests from customers
  • Provide solutions to customer complaints
  • Make a complaint report or customer request
  • Establish good communication with customers


Qualifications
  • Male/Female
  • Age maximum 30 years
  • Min. D3
  • Have minimum 1 year experience as Customer Support / Call Center / Contact Center
  • Have a good communication skill & interpersonal skill
  • Required skill(s) : Ms.office and Internet
