  • Support and maintain accreditation certification process.
  • Ensure availability of up to date/complete documents for accreditation/reaccreditation.
  • Conduct mock surveys to ensure implementation of standards and report the findings.
  • Ensure that the assigned staff monitor and approve the development of clinical policies and procedures, which represent best clinical practices and reflect the relevant standards and guidelines.
  • Suggest process improvements and/or corrective and preventive actions based on the performance indicator results/ external audits/feedback surveys in coordination with process owner.
  • Propose best clinical practice and pathways related to scope of work.
  • Monitor and report to the direct head about sentinel events, incidents related to patient safety, infection control, mortality, morbidity, medicine malpractice and unethical practices.
  • Support risk assessment for all clinical /nonclinical projects with the project owner.
  • Conduct benchmarking against evidenced based best practice.
  • Supervise the assigned staff for quality performance indicator dashboard and provide regular reports to show progress and action plans for dealing with problem areas.
  • Develop and maintain policies and procedures of the office.
  • Report issues immediately when any variance in data quality is discovered
  • Assist in studies and research to enhance the clinical outcomes.

المؤهلات و المهارات


Qualification: Master’s degree in healthcare management or relevant area.
Years of Experience: Min 7 years, 3 Years Senior Management Experience
